SHIPPING POLICY
Items are shipped by UPS Ground or USPS Ground.
Pick up at CPL is available.
All items are shipped from Cochranville, PA

When your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a link to track your order.
Orders may take up to 10 days to ship once the order is processed.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Current stock items may be returned within 30 days provided the items have not been used or washed.
Defective items may be returned regardless of personalization, customization, use or washing.
Freight will be credited to your account for defective products only. Return shipping label cost will be deducted from your refund or merchandise credit.
All returned items will be inspected and a credit issued within 10 days of receipt of any items. If an item is deemed non-returnable we will make contact directly with you.
