Current stock items may be returned within 30 days provided the items have not been used or washed.

Defective items may be returned regardless of personalization, customization, use or washing.

Freight will be credited to your account for defective products only. Return shipping label cost will be deducted from your refund or merchandise credit.

All returned items will be inspected and a credit issued within 10 days of receipt of any items. If an item is deemed non-returnable we will make contact directly with you.

Credit cards are charged after your order has shipped. However, you will see a pending transaction or authorization when you place your order. The transaction will reserve funds until your order has shipped then your credit card will be charged.
